30 Mar IT Service Guidelines for Soon-to-be Graduates 30 March 2026 The Information Technology Service Center (ITSC) would like to congratulate you on your upcoming graduation. To ensure a smooth transition of your IT services, please follow these guidelines regarding your CMU Account: 1. Account Status and Verification Account Validity: Your @cmu.ac.th account access depends entirely on your student status as recorded in the Registration Office (REG) system. You may verify your current status on the REG website. Backup Grace Period: Once your status officially changes to "Graduated" in the REG system (after University Council approval), you will have 1 month to back up your data before the system automatically disables account access. 2. Preparation and Data Backup Data Backup: We recommend installing the OneDrive app on your computer to sync and copy files to your personal device. Please also back up any important emails using Microsoft’s provided tools. Updating Contact Information: If you have used your @cmu.ac.th email for external services or listed it in academic publications, please update them to your personal email address. 3. Extending @cmu.ac.th Account Usage This option is available only after your status has officially changed to "Graduated." You may submit a request for a yearly renewal for educational contact purposes via: https://cmu.to/re-alumac (Note: This service supports email functions only). 4. Requesting an Alumni Email (@alumni.cmu.ac.th) This option is available only after your status has officially changed to "Graduated." You can register for a dedicated alumni email at: https://alumni-email.cmu.ac.th/ (Note: This provides email services only; data from your student account will not be transferred). Gallery
