Technology and Solution Delivery Department

The Technology and Solution Delivery Division is entrusted with the mission of delivering high-quality and user-oriented digital technology solutions and services. It supports the development of learning platforms and digital media for teaching, research, academic services, and administration, in alignment with the University’s policy of advancing toward a Digital University. The Division emphasizes the effective utilization of data and information, while also fostering and enhancing innovation and artificial intelligence skills among staff and students. This is undertaken to elevate the quality of work and teaching to be modern, standardized, and sustainable.

Its core missions include:

  1. Providing digital solutions and the application of technology to develop skills and enhance knowledge and understanding of information management for staff and students.

  2. Offering design and production services for digital media used in teaching and public communications.

  3. Developing learning management platforms (Learning Management Systems), information systems, and websites.

  4. Delivering live streaming and broadcast technology services in support of academic services both within and outside the University.
